Can I pick up/ drop off my rentals? No, not at this time. We are currently working on a pick up option! Some of the items I have rented have been damaged or lost. What do I do? We know that mistakes can happen. We ask that you contact us! At the time of pick up we will go through items to see what is missing/ damaged. This will result in damage fee that will be charged to the credit card on file. Can I see the items before renting? Not at this time, most of our pieces are safely stored away till the day of event. We will be working on this soon. At this time we have a detailed inventory list with pictures, dimensions and quantities on the website. Also check out our Instagram for more pictures. Can I cancel my order? Yes you can, the 30% initial payment in non refundable at any time. No refund will be issued if cancellation is within two weeks of event. What if my event is outdoors? That is great! We only ask that in the case of rain or bad weather our pieces will be put under a covered area as our items are one of a kind! Is there a rental contract? Yes, this will be signed before the event stating your order, our polices and details via email. Is the dinnerware and serving items thoroughly cleaned? Absolutely! We take sanitation very seriously. Customers are required to clean dishes and serving items before the time of pick up. After items our picked up our team sanitizes the dishware and containers traveled in.
